RISC Homebuyer's Report

• An "economy" survey; briefly discussing the construction and principle defects associated with the property. Only appropriate for certain types of building e.g. post 1900 and less than 200sqm.

Building Surveys

• An in depth description of the property, its construction, its defects, remedial works and budget costs for repairs.
• Appropriate for all properties
• This type of report is very useful as a basis for refurbishment, and properties for tender
